Community Reach

Our programs reach people where they are, whether that’s in a school hall, a regional community centre, a workplace, or on a clifftop trail along the Cape to Cape. We fund and support partners who deliver programs across Western Australia, including early intervention workshops for young people, resilience and wellbeing training for men, community events that bring people together, and Mental Health First Aid courses that give everyday people the confidence to support someone in crisis. We’re a small organisation with a big footprint, and that’s because we work alongside trusted partners who share our commitment to connection, prevention, and lasting change.

Testimonials and Feedback

“Thank you for providing the team at Quest Fremantle the opportunity to attend the Mental Health First Aid course. The facilitator, Sarah, delivered an exceptional program, and her insights significantly enhanced our understanding of how we can better support both our guests and our staff. The session was an invaluable learning experience not only for me personally, but for the entire team.”
Ben Fuller, Multi-Site General Manager, Quest Fremantle

“The training went really well. Sarah is an amazing facilitator, and the staff were really engaged throughout the workshop. The books provide really informative content and are a fantastic resource to have on hand. Thank you for such a fantastic opportunity.”

Together We Can Move Mountains

Awareness & Education Outcomes

What we fund goes beyond a single event or workshop. Our goal is to create lasting shifts in how people think about mental health and how they show up for each other.

Through the programs we support, communities are learning to recognise the signs that someone might be struggling. Men are having conversations they wouldn’t have had before. Young people are building emotional resilience and learning that it’s OK to ask for help. Workplaces are equipping their teams with Mental Health First Aid skills. And regional communities that often feel forgotten are being seen, supported, and connected.

We don’t just raise funds. We invest in the kind of change that ripples outward, from one conversation to the next, from one community to another.

This is just the beginning. As we grow, so does our impact. Together, as a community, we can move mountains.
